To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all riders, please review and follow these rental rules.
Riders must be at least 16 years old to operate an adult e-bike. Children aged 6-12 may ride kid-sized e-bikes under parental supervision. A valid government-issued ID is required for all adult rentals.
Helmets must be worn at all times while riding. Helmets are provided free of charge. Riders who refuse to wear helmets will not be permitted to rent.
Rentals are calculated from the time of pickup. Late returns will incur a charge of $10 per additional hour. Please plan your ride accordingly and return the bike to the designated location on time.
Riders are responsible for any damage beyond normal wear and tear. Lost or stolen bikes will be charged at the full replacement value. Basic insurance covers minor damages; full insurance (included in day passes) covers most incidents. See our Terms for full details.
We recommend against riding in severe weather conditions. In cases of extreme weather (thunderstorms, high winds), we may cancel or postpone rentals at no charge to you.
Please follow designated cycling paths and trails. Obey all local traffic laws and signs. Ride at a safe speed, especially on shared paths with pedestrians.
