    Do I need to pay a security deposit?
    A $100 AUD hold is placed on your card at pickup and released within 3-5 business days after the bike is returned in good condition. This is a hold, not a charge.
    What payment methods do you accept?
    We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and digital wallets (Apple Pay, Google Pay). Payment is taken at the time of booking online.
    What is the cancellation policy?
    Free cancellation up to 24 hours before your scheduled pickup. Cancellations within 24 hours are subject to a 50% charge. Weather-related cancellations by us receive a full refund. See our Refund Policy for full details.
    Are there group discounts?
    Yes! Groups of 6+ riders receive 10% off. For larger groups, corporate events, or school excursions, please contact us for a custom quote.
    What happens if I return late?
    Late returns incur a charge of $15 AUD per additional hour. Please plan your ride around the ferry timetable to ensure you return on time. We recommend arriving back at our store at least 15 minutes before your rental period ends.
