Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours of pickup will receive a 50% refund. No-shows will not receive a refund.
If we cancel your booking due to severe weather conditions, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional cost.
Bikes returned early will not receive a partial refund for unused time. We recommend choosing a rental period that suits your plans.
If you experience a mechanical issue that cannot be resolved during your rental, you will receive a prorated refund for the remaining rental time, or a replacement bike at no extra cost.
Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days and returned to the original payment method. You will receive email confirmation when your refund has been processed.
The security deposit hold on your card will be released within 3-5 business days after the bike is returned in good condition.
