By renting an e-bike from Go E-Bike Rental, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not proceed with the rental.
A rental agreement is formed when you complete a booking and make payment. You must present a valid government-issued photo ID at the time of pickup. Riders must be at least 16 years of age.
Payment is required at the time of booking. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and digital payment methods. A security deposit may be held on your card during the rental period.
You agree to use the e-bike in accordance with our Rental Rules. The e-bike must be returned in the same condition as it was received, subject to normal wear and tear. You are responsible for any damage, loss, or theft of the equipment during your rental period.
Basic insurance is included with all rentals and covers minor cosmetic damage. Full insurance, included with day passes and family packages, covers major damage, theft, and third-party liability up to $50,000.
Go E-Bike Rental is not liable for injuries sustained while riding, except where caused by equipment defect. By renting, you acknowledge the inherent risks of cycling and agree to ride responsibly.
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before pickup. Cancellations within 24 hours are subject to a 50% charge. No-shows are charged the full rental amount. See our Refund Policy for details.
Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We collect only the information necessary to provide our services.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
